BUG: In saved reports accepted/assigned mismatch

In the reports in trac:
In the query check boxes at the top 'accepted' is used but the status value is 'assigned'.
Value also gets reset after you save a query.
The number of tickets found does differ between the saved query and the one re-run with the 'accepted' boxes ticked.

There's a huge amount of Trac reworking that needs to be done. Marking this as wontfix until we have the bandwidth to deal with this stuff across the board.
