Add Test for downgrade of OME-TIFF file

Description
Create a test that:
- Makes an OME-TIFF
- Then pull out the XML using Bio-Formats, downgrades the XML using a transform, stuff it back into the new OME-TIFF using Bio-Formats.
- Check the new OME-TIFF validates under the old schema
- Then pull back out the OME-XML of the new OME-TIFF and check it matches the values stored in the original OME-TIFF.

Test move to the OmeroJava component.
More tests to add.
The validation of the style sheets transforms is done in the schema tests under the specification component.
Things to check:
- Import the downgraded ome-tiff.
