Description
As outlined in #4650 (import) / #4651 (export), API method calls are needed for handling all read and write access to the clinical data in OMERO. Other APIs (OmeroTables, etc) should not have access to the files, though the same code may be used server-side. (If it is possible to hook into the auditing through the regular OmeroTables API, this restriction can be relaxed).
