Description
FileStitcher? now allows regexes, but this is not exposed by "bfconvert -stitch". It would be nice to have this functionality exposed, so that datasets like this:
tubulin_P0037_T00205_Cgfp_Z1_S1.tif tubulin_P0037_T00205_Crfp_Z1_S1.tif tubulin_P0037_T00206_Cgfp_Z1_S1.tif tubulin_P0037_T00206_Crfp_Z1_S1.tif
can easily be converted into a single file.
