Bug: xalan jar is not distributed with the server

Description
xalan is only shipped with the importer and not with the server (i.e under 'lib/server'), which leads to this in the Blitz-0.log on export:

The changes made in http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/ticket/2372#comment:6 (#2372) added xalan and serializer to OmeroImporter but not to other consumers of bio-formats. I'll either just copy the two lines from OmeroImporter/ivy.xml or add a new .ivy file top-level to prevent this from happening again.
