Fix and clean xsd-fu paths and files

Description
As a follow-on to #3965, the use of "../.." in components/xsd-fu files needs to be corrected. Other files (like gen.sh) can be removed.

All the paths are now correct but the tests are not running. These tests need moved into the specification unit tests so I propose not to fix them now.

When the tests are pulled out of here and moved into
specification this folder needs to be cleaned up.
This will be part of the other ticket so closing this now.
The tests are not parsing correctly using new version of lxml.
This problem seams unrelated to the path changes
