Configure Zenoss for monitoring

Description
On some of our managed servers, Zenoss (zenoss.com) is being used for monitoring. After a recent upgrade, Zenoss needs to be reconfigured.

Monitoring added. After some issues (e.g. http://dev.zenoss.org/trac/ticket/7825). The major remaining issue is how to handle multiple OMERO servers on a single physical machine.
