Description
- md5 plane = m1
- Compress using the LZWCodec
- Decompress using same codec options
- md5 plane = m2
- Problem m1 != m2

(In [7c314b1b4c772a3defd9f350a514269db3e0ae71/bioformats.git]) Fix CompressDecompressTest? failures. Closes #4729.
Many of the failures were caused by the input data being all zero, or
the pre-compression/post-decompression MD5s mismatching because the
codec was lossy.
Also, add an Ant target to run CompressDecompressTest? (test-tiff-compress).
