Description
See files in data/zeiss-lsm/gaëtan/. Ideally the setId() time would be reduced for these files (preferably not at the expense of openBytes(...) performance).

LSM initialization time is really about as fast as it can be at this point. A 1.9 GB dataset with 11 LSM files takes ~8.5 seconds to initialize; each (~200 MB) file individually takes only a second or two.
