Need a new updated script-writing moving and an update to the "User Script Writing" testing scenario to match the new movie.
Update Edit_Descriptions to use Auto-fill 'Data_Type' ('Dataset' & 'Image') and 'IDs'.
We follow tutorial on http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/wiki/OmeroPy/ScriptingServiceGuide (clean this up first)
- Set $PATH to include bin/omero
- cd Desktop/scripts/ with folder /demo_movie/
- Download examples (E.g. Images_From_Rois.py from Insight UI, Edit_Descriptions.py from guide)
- $ omero script list - login, sessions etc.
- $ omero script upload Edit_Descriptions.py --official (NB: Also upload from Insight).
- $ omero script list
- Demo of Auto-fill script parameters in Insight #3922, using Edit_Descriptions.
- Blitz gateway in scripting service #4237, #4376
- Run from command line
- Edit script - E.g. Edit default description.
- Edit, replace, run again E.g. 'IDs=123,345'
