Change to import tab icon when import fails

Description
Using build #2318 March 31st
When the import fails the current green tick icon being used is recommended to be changed. This is to indicate a failure within that tab.
The suggestions/possibilities are:
- A red cross if total failure.
- A green with x cross if partial.
- A green tick is full success.
- A traffic light colour cross system.
