Converted OME-TIFF files do not validate

Description

For example:

$ bfconvert XY.oib XY.ome.tiff
$ xmlvalid XY.ome.tiff
Parsing schema path
Error parsing schema path from XY.ome.tiff

This may be a problem with the XMLAnnotations, but I am not sure.
