Description
Now that centos has upgraded to PG 8.2+, 8.1 can be disallowed.

The reason for disallowing 8.1 and older is that they miss a function (pg_advisory_lock) which prevents PK weirdness while working with Hibernate. If this function is missing, then we assume the version is too older and it is refused. No explicit check is performed for the version number.
