Newer DV format from OMX not parsing data correctly

Description
One of our users here reported his DV files not parsing the physical XYZ pixel size correctly. Examined files using trunk BF and confirmed these do not look right.
Images are currently available at squig/data_repo/Fgf8 pd17 Raldh2ko.
