Description
Incorporate the RAPID job submission engine.
The engine is configured with an xml specification, this defines the staging, and unstaging of data from OMERO, the cluster to submit jobs to.
The script should define the XML specification, the staging, unstaging script and the execution script.
This should provide methods:
- uploadScript
- submitJob
- monitorJob
- manageJob(PAUSE, DELETE, RESTART)
