Description

In order to full merge the pixel buffer branch, hash digest testing needs to be done on the before and after state of the pixel buffer, its pixel values and the tiles.

Made sure that IFD reuse is happening and that the proper over of tile
population (Y-X) is happening. Full cycle usage of hash digests for each
tile is now in place during testing. Also made the test case itself a
little more generic so we can more effectively adjust parameters.
