RAPID: Define the script for OMERO

Description
The RAPID engine needs:
- An XML file that defines how to submit the script, rapid already has this, but it needs to be extended to allow the more complex behaviours.
- The script that will stage the data.
- The script that will unstage the data.
- The executable script.
This will be merged together in one unit, ...
