Web toolbar layout

Description
Move the Experimenter chooser and Group chooser together on the left of the main toolbar, making space available for Search box to the right of the tool bar, and more buttons at the top of the tree hierarchy.

The user drop down menu is not shown in the home page or me page. Is it possible to have the drop down menu greyed out in these instances so that when you move through the various menu options the drop down boxes are consistent.
