The following new formats have been added to test_images_good and need to be tested with the latest importer before modifying the files.txt file on hudson:
- mias - pending
- scanr - PENDING (current set in TIG is not working)
- perkinelmer-densitometer - done
- nikon-nef - PENDING (current data not working)
- nifti - done
- lim - FAILED (does not support compressed lims)
