Description
At least the JPEG 2000 encoding aspect of the TIFF writing should be allowed to be parallelized.

This general re-organization encompases a few changes in the saveBytes()
and writeImage() stack:
- TIFF saver usage is now thread safe
- TIFF writer usage is now thread safe
- Support for out of order tile saving (fixed an offset bug)
