The display of the existing parameter hierarchy could be improved by indenting the child parameters a bit more, and possibly by adding a fine border or horizontal line around the 'block' of parent and child parameters.

Hi JM - There is a small BUG here. It seems that if I didn't specify a "Parent" grouping, but only children, then these children are not shown in the UI at-all. E.g. in the example below, "5" and "5.1" are displayed OK but "6.1" and "6.2" are not visible on the UI.
They should probably appear in a box with no parent.
