BUG: Multiple new Project/Dataset dialogs

Description
When clicking on New to create a new Project or Dataset for importing it is possible to click the button many times and thus open up many dialogs that are all positioned one above the other. Because the New button is not obscured by the dialog double clicking is easily possible.
