Python scripts UI always 'on the fly'

Now we have decided to remove scripts from the script menu if they have a custom UI elsewhere.
This saves us from testing all the scripts with the UI on the fly!

JM - Scott and I discussed this today and thought that it might be best not to display scripts at-all if we have a custom UI for that script. Since most users will not notice the description that tells them to use 'Publishing Options', many will end up thinking that they need to work out how to use these script UIs.
