Add TestingScenarios for changing pre-4.3 big images

Description
One of the most important (and hardest to test) scenarios for 4.3 is:
- pre-4.3 a user uploads a big image (e.g. 4000x4000) that crashes the server
- install 4.3
- user tries to view image
- an exception (which should be hidden from the user) is thrown which implies, "this image needs a pyramid created. please try again")
- in the background, the server generates the pyramid
- on next viewing, things should work fine.
