Tiled images should be treated the same as for .lsm datasets. Each tile should be a separate series; we should not attempt to stitch tiles into planes.

(In [c64053e3a7fce6507ccd78baff6cc33a6698fe01/bioformats.git]) Treat each tile as a separate series.

This allows the tiles to be stitched by software that is actually smart,
instead of having Bio-Formats clumsily attempt to stitch the tiles.

Closes #5163.
