The setup for the scenario requires a pre-4.3 server-client of OMERO to be installed first and a big image (e.g. 4000x4000) to be uploaded to crash the server.

The upgrade appears to function correctly but the documentation pointed to from the testing scenario was not clear. Whilst it was clear that a db backup needed to be made, it was not clear that the db upgrade process needed to be followed before the upgraded server could be started.
This however stems from a deeper problem of how to update the documentation and keep it in step with the software and associated processes prior to release.
