PYR: Return "In-progress" thumbnail for pyramids.

Description

Rather than modifying the ThumbnailStore.getThumbnail* to return an empty byte array or similar to specify that MissingPyramidException was thrown, the server can generate an icon showing "in progress" and return it.

  • feature/5191: (Closes #5191) Use Spring classpath resource loading and injection. Switch to using SVGs and Batik for the in-progress thumbnails. In-progress SVG image. Ensure in-progress thumbnails are displayed in OMERO.web. Switch to using batik-all and move batik dependency to server.
