PYR: StatsInfo creation fails in PixelData process

Description
Initially, the only background process was the Lucene indexer which was read-only. Though the PixelData unit of work was marked readOnly=false, much of configuration and infrastructure needed for using our internal services was missing. For example, to prevent the creation of endless Events since the cron job is set at 3 seconds, a mocked EventHandler and OmeroInterceptor are in place. Therefore, using IUpdate is essentially out of the question. Until the background processes are updated, the only workaround is to use SqlAction. The readOnly=false setting allows the DB transaction to be committed without the rest of the OMERO/Hibernate overhead.
