File formats: ecat7, cellworx, cellr, biorad-gel, aim

importing using importer, b2047 and insight b2609

  • ecat7 imported correctly
  • cellworx. importing by scanning parent folder-- files never recognised. enter folder, choose .HTD file, import looks good. note that indicating that 'pixels stored' with every well looks silly. files look great!
  • cellr. imported fine. final sorting of files very hard to confirm. appears to be a multi-channel image, but is not recognised as such?
  • bio-rad gel-- ok
  • aim-- .aim file recognised and imported, as so many times before, could use directions on what to choose for import.
