Bug: insight import of odd-numbered lim files fail

Description

Something in the setPixelsId logic (related to #5175 and #5249) is happening in insight to cause each second RawPixelsStore to fail. This doesn't seem to happen in importer. Perhaps a different ImportLibrary method is being used?

There was no specific problem per say. Sometimes the call was returning a boolean, sometimes an exception
and the Missing pyramid exception was not handled.
