Initial review of scripts for testing revealed some problems. Either these are quick fixes under this ticket or new tickets will be created for big issues.
Batch_Image_Export
- resize() takes int DONE
- Attach zip to Dataset if appropriate DONE
- Channel names ignored #5301
- Z-index ignored #5301
Channel_Offsets
- Choose nice image names for new images DONE
- Display nice message on script completion and link to new Image or Dataset DONE
Combine_Images
- Dimension sizes not calculated correctly #5301
