BUG: Group owner cannot delete other users' data

Description
If I import data as a non-owner group member into a private, collaborative, or collaborative read-only group, then the group owner cannot delete it.
The group owner can see the imported data and can right-click on the image names. However, the "Delete" option (and all other options) are disabled.
From Delete, it looks like the group owner should be able to delete any group member's data, regardless of the type of group.
