Description
Trying to import the Incell3000 folder SBS from test_images_good via Importer shows the folder as containing a mix of screen-based and non-screen-based data. Selectively choosing either .frm or .tiff only imports those files as images, not screens

Merging #5554
Import candidates are not being detecting incell 3000 screens from the folder level in the standalone importer. In the standalone importer I can only import the incell data into a project dataset.
When importing with the client-import into a screen only the .tif file is imported. Again the import does complete when importing into project/dataset
For the test data I have been using the incell 3000 in test images good importing the .frm files.

- Resolution set to fixed
- Status changed from new to closed
Closing no metadata available to detect that it is a screen.
This is likely a bug in Bio-Formats; the domain for the InCell? 3000 reader is 'HCS', but no HCS metadata is populated.
