If you attache or delete an attachment it should change the icon in the tree immediately, now you have to click refresh.
Valid for any annotation

- Select an item not already annotated.
- Annotate it e.g. rate
- Save
- The left-hand side should be updated.
- Remove the annotation
- The left-hand side should be updated.

The icon is updated correctly but the side effect is everything is deselected so as soon as you click in the right hand panel to make the change it and the middle panel go blank. This is very disconcerting.
