Description
- If logged in as root, the disk space usage is correctly displayed in the importer.
- if logged in as a normal user, the free and use space values are not correct

The only method I can find used is getFreeSpaceInKilobytes(). If the others throw an exception, they should definitely be marked deprecated.

- Status changed from new to accepted
- Turn off the Disk space per user in insight since quota not implemented
- in importer only display the free space.
- prepare later on a usage view (similar to Web admin)

omero.InternalException serverStackTrace = "ome.conditions.InternalException: This UNSAFE method has been deprecated. Server side functionality has been REMOVED. at ome.logic.RepositoryInfoImpl.getUsageFraction(RepositoryInfoImpl.java:192)but never been marked as deprecated. Do we have a replacement?
This was used by importer to indicate the disk space available.
