RFE: QA: Allow users to upload files in any supported format

Description
Clicking on the "Send files" button in QA prompts the user for the name of the format for which they would like to upload files. While most of the major formats are represented, there are a lot of supported formats that are missing from the list.
It would be nice if the user was allowed to upload files in any of the supported formats.
