"Documentation" link from openmicroscopy.org

Description
The openmicroscopy.org home page needs a "Documentation" link.
After discussion with Brian, consensus (so far) is to have a 'Documentation' option on the top menu bar, with items:
- "Developer" linking to http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome
- "User" linking to http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/clients/support/omero4/getting-started/client-documentation
Maybe a third option
- "Install" linking to http://www.openmicroscopy.org.uk/site/support/omero4/server/installation
