REF: Folder as Dataset

Reported by: atarkowska Owned by: jburel
Priority: minor Milestone: OMERO-Beta4.3
Component: Import Version: n.a.

Description

If my hierarchy looks like:

  • TIFF/
    • image1.tiff
    • FOLDER/
      • image2.tiff
      • image3.tiff
    • image3.tiff

Then I selected image1.tiff and FOLDER. When FOLDER was added to the importing list and 'Folder as Dataset' was checked as default. I didn't expect it. I expected all images will go to the defined dataset regardless they are stored in container or no.
