Description
The file imported correctly, when looking at the image in the low resolution, the image is mostly back excepted the top row.

The seeking being done in loci.formats.tiff.TiffSaver introduced in [9496cba55c74344502c08cf793c908faa0d77d06/bioformats.git] has broken all pyramid creation. We'll need to review these changes along with [5f09eef8aa8b6197da36c2ac75d83aee951b3a18/bioformats.git].

I imported JPG (standard holliday photos) files to the dataset on Windows-box by Insight. During the pyramid generation I wanted to browse through this dataset. I got error on getting thumbnails:
