Probably one of the major time costs on the scenarios is getting the proper data (number of z/t/etc) available. Though it would reduce the number of permutations we tried, it might be nice to have some kind of setup (projects/datasets/etc) ready for initial testing.
The scenarios targeted in this cycle:
- Scenario 16
- Scenario 21.2
- Scenario 21.3
- Scenario 25
- Scenario 28
The setup of this data is now being trialed with links between data of test images good and the new folder created of test_scenarios.
e.g. ln -s /ome/data_repo/test_images_good/..../ with /ome/data_repo/test_images_scenarios/scenario_1/

Ticket closed because of the changes to the earlier implementation of testing in the development process. The setup of the test ready data is being handled in ticket #7087.

Can I arrange some time to review testing with you in terms of what worked and what didn't in Paris. I have a few initial ideas but this ticket would be included in my general review. I will also schedule a tuesday meeting after we get back from Paris to breakdown a few of the points so we can start with the changes in documentation and any additional things that will need to be put into place.
