BUG: User avatar image shown in attachments

Description
The photograph you upload into your account using webadmin is visible under "Other files" in attachments.
EITHER:
- This file should not be visible in the attachment view.
OR
- This file should be shown as "Attached to" something as it is shown as "Wild and Free" but this is not true as it is used by your account.
At the moment it looks like you could delete it.

Also if you are in a collab group you can see other users avatar photos to attach to your files using "Attach... Uploaded document" (this may have already been fixed)
