BUG: Web logging user out too soon

Description

Using Safari on a Mac I am getting logged out of the web client well within the 10 min timeout. Sometimes it has been every other click.

I cannot see a pattern to when it happens. Sometime it is the first time after I have logged in, other times after a couple of minutes.

Same problem occurs with firefox.
