Working under test scenario 4. manage and Organise
The problem is with using the icon create new project/dataset in the left hand panel.
In creating a new dataset from the selected images creates the new dataset without the selected images inside.
In addition if the dataset is created from within a project the newly created dataset is orphaned and not created under the Project.

This is not a bug it is the expected behaviour.
if we want to implement such feature, the new dataset option should be in the right-click menu not in the tool bar (what was decided previously)
