Description
A few small bugs with creating and editing user:
- In the Create-User form, Middle Name is not saved (it is saved in the Edit-User form)
- When I edit user, I can remove First Name and Last Name and save. There is a pop-up that tells me these fields are required but after I hit 'OK' it saves the blank fields anyway - user appears with no name in the tree
- Somehow managed to get into a state where the 'Save' button doesn't become activated when fields are edited. This can be caused by other bugs E.g. #5693.
