This was Importer on Ubuntu 9.10. The laptop was connected to the lifesci WiFi?

Do you get blips using lifesci wifi? Is this reproducible? The next step may be to check the server logs and see if you can correlate the times.

I could retest later once I have finished my scenarios to see if it is reproducible.

Colin imported serveral more plates and couldn't reproduce this issue so it sounds like a wifi issue. Closing.

- Resolution set to fixed
- Status changed from new to closed
Any chance of your VPN or general internal connection having gone down? Which client was this, Colin?
It may be possible (with some re-engineering) to have the ImportLibrary reconnect and start writing planes again where it left off. But certainly attempts at calling delegate.createRoot() should cease once the logout has happened.
