BUG: Editor attachments not shown when attached to dataset

When attaching editor files to a dataset they are not shown in the attachment under the annotations section.
Also confusing (even for images) not to see the editor file listed under Attachments, especially if you have just used the [+] button to add an Editor file.

To avoid confusion, move it back to attachments and display text maybe in tool tip but display info

They are displayed under the Protocols and Experiments section.
I am happy to modify that. This is not a bug, that UI decision was made a while back following discussions with Will.
It might be better to display the summary of the editor in that case in the info button. That will also fix the jumping effect
