Description
Several problems with filtering thumbnails in the centre panel.
- Filter by comment requires exactly matching text (Whole comment has to be typed in to the filter box).
- Tags in auto-complete are not updated when a new tag is created.
- Rating filter (eg 4 stars) picks an image that has 1 or none. Not sure what's going on here.

I think I understand what is happening.
If the image has been rated by several users, only the first rate is taken into account
e.g. user1 rated to 4 then you rated it to 1
in the display currently checking the first value i.e. a 4 instead of taking the value set by you.
