Description
After adjusting the rendering settings in the Preview panel I select a different thumbnail but the settings are not saved before moving to the new image.

The settings are no longer saved automatically. This was considered as an annoying feature by some users.
The option is to display a dialog indicating that the settings have changed similar to the dialog displayed when values have changed in the general tab.
