RFE: Zoom Image viewer consistency between insight/web

It was expected that the mouse wheel would change the z section not the zoom level in the web viewer, this was because of the way insight uses the mouse wheel.
Additional feedback from 5966 from the use of the scrolling z.
First of all, I quite like the fact that scrolling through z in the image with the mouse wheel is back, and that zooming in the workspace rearranges automatically the thumbnails!
However we will need more time/information with big image users to establish there expectations.
