Description
On Mac OS 10.5 despite the Importer window being open it doesn't show on the Window->Importer menu item.

This is legacy from first implementation
We should only have one entry Window->Importer to bring back the importer in focus

Once I have imported data the submenu items Import #1, Import #2,... are shown, but clicking doesn't bring the Importer window into focus. This might be my expectations rather than a bug. I assumed I could bring the Importer window into focus using the Window menu item.
